Recipients and Categories of Recipients

We disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described above:

  • Service providers/processors: hosting and cloud providers, analytics providers, email and communications platforms, and customer support tools.
  • Professional advisors: auditors, consultants, and legal counsel under confidentiality obligations.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. In some jurisdictions, limited disclosures of online identifiers and internet activity for advertising or measurement may constitute a “share” or “sale” under state privacy laws; you may opt out of such uses as described in this Notice.

International Data Transfers

Seven-G Crypto Hub operates in the United States. When transferring personal data from the EEA/UK to the United States or other third countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and implement supplementary measures as needed. We assess transfers in light of applicable laws and maintain contractual commitments with our processors to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary based on the data type and context, typically:

  • Account and contact data: for the life of the account or subscription and a reasonable period thereafter.
  • Usage and analytics data: for a period necessary to conduct trend analysis and improve services, then aggregated or anonymized.
  • Communications and support records: for the time needed to address your inquiry and maintain appropriate records.

Note that blockchain transactions are public and immutable; while we may limit or delete our copies or associations, we cannot alter or erase data recorded on public ledgers.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, least-privilege practices, and routine monitoring. No security measure is absolute; residual risk remains inherent to internet-based services.

Your GDPR Rights

If you are in the EEA/UK (or another region with comparable rights), you may have the following rights, subject to legal limits and verification:

  • Access: obtain confirmation and a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion, subject to legal exceptions and technical constraints (e.g., immutable blockchain records).
  • Restriction: request limited processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, including profiling.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Complaint: lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.

We do not sell personal information for money; however, we may “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising or analytics partners as described above.

  • Business purposes: service delivery, analytics, security, debugging, short-term transient use, advertising/measurement (where applicable), internal research, and quality improvement.
  • Recipients: service providers, analytics and measurement partners, and professional advisors.
